At The Monoclo, we take pride in delivering high-quality products that meet our strict standards. To ensure your complete satisfaction, every item undergoes a thorough quality check before shipment. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product is faulty or defective.
Exceptions for Faulty Products
In the rare case that an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing flaw, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To qualify, you must:

Note: We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving any claim and / or process refunds. Faults caused by improper use, wear and tear, or mishandling after delivery are not covered.
No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Minor imperfections that do not affect wearability.
